Key Responsibilities
Finance Reporting
Lead and manage the finance reporting unit to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead the preparation of comprehensive periodic management reports on budget utilization and variances, and review the investigation of related variances for control and corrective actions purposes
Oversee the implementation of data transformation processes to convert raw, complex data into actionable information for strategic decision-making.
Conduct detailed analyses, including the ability to analyze big data, to support management decision-making and enhance forecasting accuracy in-line with defined objectives.
Oversee and review variances, investigate root causes, and recommend control measures for corrective actions.
Interpret complex financial information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for insightful reporting and communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders.
Drive the automation of reports to enhance efficiency and reduce reporting cycle time as per the industry’s best practices.
Manage the development and enhancement of financial models and reporting tools for better analysis.
Implement reporting tools to improve the analysis of reports, enhancing understanding and aiding strategic decision-making.
Generate ad hoc reports as requested by leadership for specific projects or strategic initiatives.
Contribute to special projects that involve complex financial reporting requirements.
Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and financial reporting requirement.

Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into unit business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing sectional strategies.
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the unit by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff to maximize performance.
Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned unit to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned unit activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure that all unit reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet DCT requirements, policies and quality standards.
Comply with all relevant EHS guidelines, policies and procedures, by reporting incidents and hazards on a timely manner, and reduce consumption of natural resources to support in protecting the environment and ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s (Masters preferred) in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant.
Certification such as (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven 4-6 years of experience in reporting, analysis using advances tools, or relevant.
At least 2 years on experience in a managerial role.

Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing.
Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Proficient in financial modeling with strong quantitative skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
High level of competency in relevant software applications.
Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and knowledge of other relevant industry software
