Our training programme has been developed, in close collaboration with Sector leaders, following an extensive analytical study of specialized training needs, performance management needs, catering to career development plans, and institutional needs and requirements for basic and behavioral capacities by offering courses delivered by DCT Internal Trainers and external experts. We have digital training with the “DCT Learn” platform, a curated learning experience which is diverse, relevant and bite-sized aimed at providing high-quality content. It is constantly updated, offers many tracks and provides the skills and knowledge within museums, tourism and libraries.
