The region’s first talent initiative focused on developing the skills of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; the programme identifies and develops an individual’s capabilities in four key areas aligned with both the World Economic Forum and the 2021 UAE Future Strategy.
Covering Capability, Creativity, Courage, and Compassion, the programme will identify and reward the very best Emirati talent available and fast-track these individuals into exciting positions and fast-moving teams, working with DCT Abu Dhabi to shape the future of the emirate, as well as the wider UAE's economic ecosystem.
The programme uses a hybrid process of advanced Artificial Intelligence and on-site testing to uncover hidden talent and identify potential excellence in individuals. Once identified, chosen individuals will join an eight-week accelerator programme that imparts the mind-set and skill set required to take on the DCT Talent Accelerator Project challenges of today and tomorrow. DCT Abu Dhabi is looking to recruit in the Business Strategy, Project Management, Research and Analytics, Culture and Client Management departments.

If you are a UAE national, have a bachelor’s degree, and have up to two years’ worth of sector experience, and are creative, capable, entrepreneurial, compassionate, responsible and courageous, you can be part of shaping Abu Dhabi’s destiny for future generations.
