DCT Abu Dhabi is committed to maintaining a high-performance culture that strives for better performance every day, empowering employees to drive continuous improvement.

We built a performance-driven culture by strengthening the Employees Performance Management process and supporting Sectors, Departments, Sections and Units in cascading strategic objectives and operational plans into meaningful Challenging-SMART (C-SMART) objectives to all employees, to align individual performance with DCT Abu Dhabi strategy. 

We also developed a competency-based, 360-degree survey that will assist in assessing our workforce strengths and areas for development, as well as design learning and development programmes that will help us build the right capabilities.
