The role ensures smooth operational delivery, effective stakeholder collaboration, and timely execution of event-related initiatives in alignment with DCT’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Core Activities
Assist in evaluating partnership proposals, preparing business cases, and conducting preliminary feasibility assessments.
Support negotiations and contract processes by coordinating inputs, tracking progress, and ensuring timely documentation.
Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, deliverables, and key milestones.
Monitor ongoing partnerships and assist in preparing performance and impact reports.
Assist in developing business cases and proposals for sports, entertainment, and special project IPs.
Coordinate with finance, strategy, and other internal departments to align on budgets, approvals, and commercial frameworks.
Conduct benchmarking and market research to evaluate new partnership and event opportunities.
Support in addressing operational bottlenecks proactively by implementing structured processes and stakeholder coordination mechanisms.
Support the management of relationships with promoters, IP owners, agencies, and government partners.
Maintain partnership trackers, reports, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
Engage & align with internal departments, regulatory entities, and external partners to ensure seamless execution & governance.
Support in securing strategic partnerships that drive long-term value for Abu Dhabi’s events ecosystem.
Support in the execution of key events, managing logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely service delivery.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.
Ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree Event Management, Strategy, Business Development or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in events management, partnerships coordination, or project support.
Experience in event execution, sponsorship management, or public–private initiatives preferred.
Background in tourism, entertainment, or government entities is an advantage.
