1. JOB PURPOSE
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining transactional and operational reports and dashboards. Your work will help measure and track volumes, cycle times, KPIs, and SLAs, all in alignment with DCT’s operating guidelines.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop tools and reports for supplier KPIs and risk management.
- Analyze procurement data to uncover risks and generate valuable insights.
- Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports on SLAs and KPIs for vendors and suppliers.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data and trends for comprehensive reports.
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries from stakeholders, helping with data extraction for reports.
- Validate data sources through rigorous testing to ensure reliability.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and metrics to boost efficiency.
- Write complex SQL queries to define data sources for reports and dashboards.
- Engage stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
- Create actionable reports highlighting inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Denali’s procurement services, including spend analysis and supplier performance management.
- Work with cross-functional product and data teams to validate data sources.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities.

- Engage with vendors, suppliers, contractors, freelancers, data and information centres, and government and private entities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in Supply Management Data and Reporting.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with Power BI and automation.
- Familiarity with data analytics and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, particularly the Purchasing Module, is a plus.
- Strong business planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of supply management data analysis and reporting principles.
