Role Purpose |
||||||
Support the DCT and Museum workforce planning and analytics efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data. Provide actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making and alignment of workforce supply with business demand. |

Key Responsibilities |
||||||
· Assist in developing and updating workforce plans based on business needs and strategic objectives. · Coordinate with departments to gather input on headcount forecasts, skills gaps, and hiring needs. · Assist in forecasting future workforce needs using statistical methods and forecasting tools. · Design and maintain manpower planning models based on business forecasts and organizational needs. · Develop workforce planning frameworks to anticipate talent needs based on business strategy and to identify short- and long-term workforce requirements. · Conduct workforce scenario planning to model organizational growth, restructuring, or transformation impacts. · Embed predictive analytics to forecast outcomes and produce deeper insights into OD & people-centric matters. · Support and collaborate with the Organization Design team to build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide insights into workforce trends, attrition, productivity, and capacity (such as orgvue). · Support external benchmarking of workforce metrics against industry standards. Shared Activity · Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager · Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. · Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization. · Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. · Take an active role in the EHS initiative. · Adhere to the DCT Occupational Safety and Health policy, regulations, and laws, and provide help to the Corporate EHS in executing the OSHMS. · Report any incidents, near misses, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices, and conditions immediately to the concerned person and participate in the investigation of OSH incidents, as required. · Wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when applicable. |

Qualifications & Experience |
||||||
▫ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. ▫ 1-3 years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or data analysis. ▫ Proficient in Excel, and familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar). ▫ Experience in supporting planning or reporting functions in a large organization is preferred |
