2 Role Purpose
Design, develop, and execute OD & Workforce Planning activities across key areas, including: operating models, organization structures, functional descriptions, strategic workforce planning, job descriptions, and reporting. The role supports the implementation of data-driven and future-ready organizational practices by conducting analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment between structure, workforce requirements, and strategic objectives.
3 Key Responsibilities
Organization Development:
- Support the design and review of organizational structures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and role clarity.
- Conduct structural diagnostics to assess spans, layers, and reporting lines, and prepare recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of functional mandates, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities are clearly defined and aligned with departmental objectives.
- Participate in reviews of operating models and organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency and governance compliance.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of organizational charts and structure repositories.
Job Design & Descriptions
- Develop, review, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure consistency with approved structures, functional mandates, and competency frameworks.
- Coordinate with departments to validate job content, responsibilities, and required qualifications.
- Ensure that JDs reflect organizational hierarchy, reporting relationships, and core/technical competencies.
- Support the automation and standardization of JD development using digital and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a central database of approved JDs and support version control and governance tracking.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to support manpower forecasting and optimization exercises.
- Track and maintain headcount, vacancy, and workforce movement reports.
- Support workforce scenario analysis (e.g., impact of new projects, reorganization, or automation).
- Coordinate with departments to validate manpower plans and ensure consistency with approved structures.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards that highlight structural efficiency, workforce utilization, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment between HR systems and organizational records.
- Support benchmarking activities and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Strategy, and Finance teams to align workforce and organizational data with broader planning cycles.
- Provide data and documentation to support internal governance submissions and management presentations.
- Assist in awareness and communication initiatives to enhance understanding of OD and Workforce Planning principles across the organization.
Shared Activity
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

5 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master Preferred) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any other degree within relevant industry.
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP Professional certification in human resources is preferred.
6 Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Organization Development or any other experience within a similar role or industry.
7 Skills
- Deep understanding of Organization Development concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and familiarity with other relevant HR or analytics platforms.
- Strong ability to multi-task, manage priorities effectively, and work with a high degree of initiative.
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective stakeholder alignment.
