2             Role Purpose

 

Lead on developing, reviewing and editing content prior to the internal or external meeting aiming to deliver high-quality information and messages to ensure its alignment with DCT Leadership.

 

3             Key Responsibilities

 

Content Production

 

o             Manage and plan high-quality written content for internal and external communications, including memos, reports, presentations, and others when needed.

o             Ensure all relevant content is ready ahead of time working with the other sections in the Executive Affairs Office and other stakeholders.

o             Develop and implement content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

o             Manage content creation timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

o             Review, edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the DCT’s tone and messaging.

o             Design and develop templates and blueprints for each type of content

o             Effectively and efficiently review, edit and transform content formats and designs before content creation and after content creation

o             Ensure all content meets design guidelines imposed by Leadership and senior management and edit accordingly

o             Develop and maintain content governance processes and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality standards, when needed.

 

Shared Activity

 

o             Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

o             Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.

o             Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

o             Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization

o             Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

o             Adhere to the DCT Occupational Safety and Health policy, regulations, and laws, and provide help to the Corporate EHS in executing the OSHMS.

o             Report any incidents, near misses, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices, and conditions immediately to the concerned person and participate in the investigation of OSH incidents, as required.

5             Qualifications

 

▫              Bachelor’s degree (Master Preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Journalist or any other degree within relevant industry.

 

6             Experience

▫              5 to 7 years of experience in content development, preferably in a leadership role.

 

7             Skills

▫              Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing.

▫              Exceptional writing skills and storytelling.

▫              Graphic design proficiency

▫              Exceptional Powerpoint skills

▫              Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

▫              Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

▫              Ability to navigate a fast-pace environment with a high level of autonomy.

▫              Strong understanding of content management systems, principles, and digital marketing strategies.

▫              Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.

▫              Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

▫              Strategic thinking and the ability to align creative efforts with broader business objectives.

▫              Proficiency in project management fundamentals, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
