Job Purpose
Support the department’s strategic KPIs by enabling market-driven campaigns that convert interest into actual visitation through business partnerships, trade exhibitions, and high-impact communications. Develop & implement B2B marketing strategies and calendar to promote Abu Dhabi as a leading tourism destination and increase visits in-line with the approved objectives of the department.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Marketing
- Develop and implement a region-specific B2B marketing strategy and calendar to boost awareness of Abu Dhabi’s tourism proposition and increase international visitation and increase visits from the respective region.
- Manage the planning and execution of B2B announcements, MoU signings, and media moments at global trade exhibitions, ensuring alignment with leadership offices and strategic stakeholders.
- Support the creation of impactful speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership during B2B events and speaking engagements to reinforce Abu Dhabi’s tourism messaging.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners—including global travel trade entities, destination management companies, and national tourism boards—to amplify Abu Dhabi’s visibility in target markets.
- Design and oversee B2B campaigns and content tailored to international audiences, including trade brochures, toolkits, digital assets, and co-branded materials with partners.
- Monitor campaign impact and regional market performance, using data and stakeholder feedback to refine B2B marketing strategies.
- Analyse global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign design for target markets.
- Coordinate with IO market managers to integrate B2B marketing campaigns into Joint Marketing Programs and support trade partner conversion efforts.

- Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned unit to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned unit activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all unit reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet DCT requirements, policies and quality standards.
- Comply with all relevant EHS guidelines, policies and procedures, by reporting incidents and hazards in a timely manner, and reduce consumption of natural resources to support protecting the environment and ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tourism, destination marketing, or international business development.
- Experience working on international campaigns, trade exhibitions, or public-private partnerships.
- Strong content development and communications skills, with experience drafting executive-level speeches and presentations.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across cultures and regions.
